EUROCITIES and the Co-VAL Consortium will be organising a High-Level Webinar on The Co-VAL Dashboard: The Opportunities Behind Sharing Best Practice in Co-Creation on Tuesday, 11 February 2020 from 11.00 to 12.00 CET.
The Co-VAL Dashboard is a unique tracker for benchmarking the co-creation performance of countries and cities, and for learning from best practice.
Francesco Mureddu, director at the Lisbon Council, will present the Co-VAL Dashboard results and the opportunities behind it.
Local authorities will learn how six cities and 28 member states have already used the Co-VAL Dashboard, and how more cities can contribute data on their own experience and projects and learn from success stories around Europe.

The “Understanding Value Co-Creation in Public Services for Transforming European Public Administrations” project, or Co-VAL, is a 12-partner consortium, co-funded by the European Union. The project aims to find new ways of examining the co-creation of value in public services in order to transform public administrations and processes. Along with a plethora of new tools, cutting-edge research and a survey of public administrations, it will produce four policy briefs, which will set out the challenge of public administration reform in Europe and explore the cutting edge of unique “value co-creation” models for delivering better public services and improving citizen-state relations.
